Clean + hang clean + shoulder to overhead

Movement standards

Clean and hang clean
Both power cleans and cleans with a full squat are acceptable.
The first clean must come from the floor and be executed in one motion, with no pause or descent at the hang position.
The hang clean is performed from above the knee immediately following the clean.
The barbell may not touch the ground between movements. If it does, you must start the complex from the beginning.

Shoulder to overhead
Strict press, push press, push jerk and split jerk are permitted.
The bar must make contact with the shoulders before the shoulder to overhead is executed.
If you perform a push jerk, you must stand all the way up with arms locked out overhead to complete the rep.
If you perform a split jerk, your feet must come back underneath your hips before you put the bar down to complete the rep.
For each variation, athletes must demonstrate control at the top with fully extended elbows.
