Join us for a day of competition, fun and pushing your limits. Battle of the Fittest goes down Saturday, Feb. 9 at EVF Columbus Circle.

Each participant is guaranteed three workouts, with a final for the top athletes in each division (men’s and women’s Rx and scaled). Masters athletes, compete this year in our new 40+ category.

40 dumbbell single-arm hang clean & jerks (50# – break up any way)
40 wall balls (20# – 10’)
30 dumbbell snatches (50# – alternating arms)
30 wall balls

RX Women:
Row 750m
40 dumbbell single-arm hang clean & jerks (35# – break up any way)
40 wall balls (14# – 9’)
30 dumbbell snatches (35# – alternating arms)
30 wall balls

Masters Men & Women:
Row 750m
40 dumbbell single-arm hang clean & jerks (40#/25# – break up any way)
40 wall balls (20#/12# – 10’/9’)
30 dumbbell snatches (40#/25# – alternating arms)
30 wall balls

Scaled Men:
Row 750m
