Five sets of:

Weighted Chin-ups x 5 reps

Rest 2-3 Min. between sets



15 min AMRAP:
1 Ring Push-up, 1 Toes to bar, 200m Run
2 Ring Push-ups, 2 Toes to bar, 200m Run
3 Ring Push-ups, 3 Toes to bar, 200m Run
4 Ring push-ups, 4 Toes to bar, 200m Run…


Continue as far up the ladder as possible within the 15 minutes.
