EVF Battle Of the Fittest Standards

Happy Monday EVF’ers!

Here are the standards for the RX and scaled divisions. As you can see the standards are do-able by all. The second and third workouts will be posted this week and next. The final WOD will be announced right before hand along with the finalist.

This is going to be an amazing day. To register please leave your name on the front board. This is an in house competition that is open to all spectators. Invite family and  friends to share this epic day with us.

Doors will open at 8am.

Athlete check-in at 8:30am

Athlete briefing at 8:45am

first heat will kick off at 9am

MEN’s division
Over head 95lbs
Chest to bar Pull ups
24 inch box jump
20 LB Med ball

Women Division

Over Head 65lbs

chin over bar pull ups

20 inch Box Jump

14lb Med ball

 

Scaled division
Men
Over head 65lbs
24 inch box jump/step up
14 lb ball

Womens
Over head 45 lbs
20 inch box jump/ step up
10 lb ball

 

WODS

Event 1

Take 10 mins to find a 1 RM Clean

Barbell will start on the ground, from there the athlete must clean the bar on to the shoulders and stand up with knees in a locked out position. The athlete must show control at the top of the movement. Once the judge gives the approval only then will it count as a “good” rep.

The athlete may power clean it or use a squat clean method. Either variation is acceptable.
