EVF Practice Outdoors Starts Saturday 10/6
Starting this weekend, October 6th, we start taking EVF Practice (Boot-camp) classes to the streets! This Saturday at 9:30a we begin our outdoor boot-camp classes at Carl Schurz park. We will be meeting at the gym and then making our way over to the park promptly at 9:30a.
We will also be holding class in the park on Sunday, October 7th at 10:00a and class will be led by our own CF-UES member, Sean Wright. Meet early at the gym and then we will make our way over to the park.
