    problem is, after this morning… i can’t move my arms. oy.

    Metcon – 12:54 w/35# plate, my chicken legs are getting stronger, hopefully sometime soon ill be able to use big boy weight

  4. First time I did Pull Ups (w/band) in a WOD. 11:55. No ring dips – used bars on the floor. Next goal – a kick up. Have a great weekend everyone!
