Sub C&J with just STO

This is a good ole fashion single modality workout. It’s a full out burner. Your lungs, arms and shoulders will burn.

Be smart and strategic about your reps and how you break it up.

Have a number in your head and stick with it. Do not go to failure but do not take long breaks.
