  1. I will never underestimate 7 minutes again! That was intense!

    Got to 105 on the snatch strength segment.

    Completed 5th set of power snatches in the WOD at 65lb.

    1. Great job, Alexis! Hope I’ll be ready to begin again when next snatch session comes back!!! It was really good watching you guys doing the basics with coach Travis explanations and comments!
