Barbell Warm Up
2 rounds:
5 snatch grip deadlifts
5 snatch high pulls
5 hang muscle snatches
5 hang power snatches
5 snatches

Strength
Snatch pull + hang power snatch + snatch
5 x (1+1+1)

Conditioning
Every 3 minutes for 4 rounds:
9-7-5 reps of
Deadlift (225/155)
Handstand push up
