Warm up

15 good mornings

Strength
Shoulder press
4×5, across

Bent over row
4×5, across

Conditioning
For time
12-9-6 reps of:
Ring muscle ups
Squat snatch (135/95)

15-12-9 reps of
Chest to bar pull ups
Power snatch (95/65)
