8 KB single-leg deadlifts
8 OHS
5/5 single-arm KB Sotts press
8 scap push ups

Strength
Snatch grip deadlift: 4×5

Superset with
Sotts press*: 4×5

*If mobility doesn’t allow, sub single-arm KB Sotts press or single-arm L-seated press

Conditioning
“Snatch Chief”

Max rounds in 3 minutes:
3 power snatches (115/75)
6 push ups
9 squats

Rest 1 minute & repeat for a total of 5 rounds.
