Mobility: Tackle today’s run feeling a little better by properly mobilizing the hips.

Warm up
3 minutes of double unders
*3 burpee penalty for every miss if proficient
*3 burpees every 15 double unders if not proficient

Conditioning
For time:
1000m run
75 wall balls
50 push press (75/55)
25 deadlifts (155/105)
15 burpee box jumps (30/24)
5 ring muscle ups
200 double unders

Sub 10 pull ups & 10 ring dips or push ups for muscle ups
