Avoiding class every time you see a snatch in the workout? Stop that nonsense! Here are a few drills from WODprep you can do before snatching to maximize your shoulder mobility and warm up all the necessary positions.

Warm Up

6 minutes:
10 banded good mornings
10 KB sumo deadlift high pulls
5 box jumps
10 glute bridges

Strength

Deadlift (back-off)
65%, 3×5

Conditioning

On the minute for as long as possible:
3 power snatches (115/80)
1 burpee box jump

*Add one rep to the burpee box jumps every round.
