10 pass thrus
5 PVC v-ups
10 OHS

Strength
10 minute EMOM
Minute 1 – 2 overhead squats
Minute 2 – 6-8 strict pull ups

Increase weight on OHS from last week.

Conditioning
For time
21-15-9 reps of:
DB snatch (50/35)
Toes to bar
Lateral burpees over dumbbell
