10 glute bridges
10 good mornings
5 bootstrappers
:20 plank

Strength
Deadlift: 5×1

Work to heavy single for the day.

Conditioning
15 minute EMOM
Minute 1 – 6 deadlifts @ 60% of today’s single
Minute 2 – 12 box jump overs
Minute 3 – 8 push presses (115/80)
