Warm Up

:30 bike/ski/row
5/5 single-arm suitcase deadlift
5/5 single-arm bent over row
10 banded good mornings
10 box jumps
10 shoulder press

Strength

Deadlift
3-3-3-3-3

Push press
3-3-3-3-3

Superset the two movements. Work to a heavy triple for both lifts.

Conditioning

Tabata DB hang power cleans (50/35)
Tabata box jumps (24/20)
Tabata push ups

Complete all 8 rounds of each exercise before moving on. No rest between movements!
