Mobility: Overhead squatting takes a lot of technique, patience and mobility. Here are two ways to prep you before squats today.

Warm up
5 minutes:
10 PVC good mornings
10 superman dislocates
10 OHS

Strength
Overhead squat
Performance: 5×3, ascending
Fitness: Technique & mobility

Conditioning
Every minute on the minute, perform 5 power snatches.
In the remainder of the minute complete an AMRAP of burpees. Continue with the EMOM until you’ve completed 75 burpees.

Performance: 95/65
Fitness: 65/45
