Mobility: A great article by GMB, this one takes you through the anatomy of the hip, mobs for the hips and strengthening exercises. Better hips = Better squats!

Warm up
7 minutes:
5 spiderman stretches
10 banded side step (each way)
10 hollow rocks
10 air squats

Strength
Back squat
Performance: 65%x5, 70%x5, 75%x5, 80%x5
Fitness: 4×5, across

Conditioning
Performance
“Grace”
30 clean & jerks for time (135/95)

30 cleans for time
