Our new cycle kicks off today. You know the drill: work hard, fuel your workouts appropriately and the results will come.

Mobility: Starting this cycle with back squats. If you find that you’re still struggling with depth, try some of this accessory work from Breaking Muscle.

Warm up
7 minutes:
10 banded side steps (each way)
10 lunges
10 hollow rocks
