Warm up
8 minutes:
10 air squats
15 hollow rocks
10 lateral band walks (each way)
30 second plank

Strength
Back squat: 1RM

Conditioning

30 snatches for time (135/95)

Fitness
30 hang power snatches for time

*10 minute time cap
