14 Reverse Lunge w/PVC Pass Thrus
15 Ring Rows
15 Hollow Rocks

Strength:
Back Squat
-Work up to a single rep @ 85%
then
drop to 65% and go for maximum reps ≤ 20

Conditioning:
30-20-10 FT:
Front Rack Barbell Reverse Lunges
Double Unders
Push Ups
