5 strict toes to bar
10 squats
10 supermans

Strength
Back squat

Performance: 10RM
Then, 10RM – 5% x 10
10RM – 10% x 10

9 minute AMRAP:
9 deadlifts (185/125)
9 wall balls (30/20)
9 dumbbell push press (40/30)
