Monday, June 10th Crossfit Workout of the Day

Mondays are the worst, but at least you have squats! Here’s a quick drill from Coach Joe that’s a quick and simple way to activate the glutes and get your lower body primed for heavy squatting.

Warm Up

2 rounds:
10 banded side steps
10 Cossack squats
:30 squat stretch
5 groiners
5 scorpions


Back squat
75%, 4×6


9 minute AMRAP
Burpee pull up
Shoulder to overhead (155/105)
