Monday, May 13 CrossFit Workout of the Day

Welcome to testing week! Today we’re testing a 3-rep max back squat and one of our favorite benchmarks, Annie. Tomorrow we’ll test a max snatch, plus we’ll re-test the wall ball/toes to bar piece we did back in March. Hopefully you tracked your results so you’ll have a time to beat and be able to see your improvement.

Wednesday we’ll test the hero workout, Nate, followed by a jerk max and another hero WOD on Friday. There will be a week of transition before we start our next cycle the week of May 27th.
