Strength

15 minute EMOM

Clean from power position x 2

Increase weight every 5 minutes.
No heavier than 75%

Gymnastics Prep

3 rounds of
5 scap pull ups
10 kip swings
5 kipping pull ups

Conditioning

12 minute EMOM
Minute 1 – 10 C2B pull ups
Minute 2 – 10 deadlifts (225/155)
Minute 3 – 10 box jumps (30/24)
