Mobility: Another cycle, another opportunity to get stronger and get more mobile! These 2 exercises are great for squats, but beneficial for any workout that comes up.

Warm up
2 rounds:
1 minute jump rope
1 minute banded side steps
30 seconds knees to elbows
30 seconds air squats

Strength
Back squat
Set 1: 65%x6
Set 2: 70%x5
Set 3: 75%x4
Set 4: 50%x10

Conditioning
13 minute AMRAP:
21 double unders
15 sdhp (95/65)
9 toes to bar
