“The Saturday Massacre at the Ball”
In teams of two complete the following for time
3 Rounds
100 Wall Balls (20/14) (10ft/9ft)
50 pull ups
1000 Meter row

Only one partner can work at a time. Divide the work evenly.

*WallBalls
Ball cannot touch the floor. Each partner must do 50 Unbroken wall balls. You may stop but you cannot drop the ball or else you must start again.

Scale options:
Scale weight in ball
Scale pull ups with bands or ring rows
