400 Meter run
2 sets 30 secs each
Hollow rocks
Plank
Burpees

Workout prep
6 min EMOM
Add weight each round
Odd 8 Hang Power Cleans
Even 8 Push Presses

Training (Met-Con)
“You hustle, I Tango”
In teams of two
Complete 5 rounds of
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
400 Meter run
30 Hang Power Cleans (115/80)
30 Sit ups
30 KB Push presses (35/26)

1 partner works at a time. Divide the work up evenly. Both partners run together.

Scale options:
Scale # of reps or rounds
If scaling Box Jumps Scale height on box. No steps ups on 24 inch box
Either jump or lower the box. No ego’s, perform the task.
Scale distance on run
Scale weight on HPC
Sub HPC with KB swings
Scale weight on KB’s
