400 meter run w Med ball

20 Partner Med ball squat and toss

20 Partner Med Ball hold Squat position and toss

20 Partner Med Ball sit and toss

 

Training

Partner WOD

“Battle of the Genders”

Team Guys  20lb ball

Team Ladies 14lb ball

scale accordingly

 

For time

6x 400 meter relay w Med Ball  (3 each athlete)

80 Wall balls (40 each athlete) 1 athlete works at a time

40 seated Med Ball toss w feet off the floor (20 each athlete)

40 Burpee with Med Ball partner toss (20 each athlete)
