Training
In teams of two
Hero WOD
“Team Hansen”
10 RFT
30 KB Swings (70/53)
30 Burpees
30 GHD Sit ups
(We will sub out with weighted Sit ups)

Only One partner can work at a time. Divide the work evenly. When you finish round 5, take a 3 Min Rest. Then attack the second set of 5 rounds. Deduct the 3 mins from total time for score.

“Marine Staff Sgt Daniel Hansen died February 14th in Farah Providence, Afghanistan when an IED he was working on detonated. Daniel is survived by his mother Sheryll, his father Delbert, his younger sister Katie, and his twin brother Matthew (also a Marine).”
