Warm up

Partner up
20 each set
All to be done w a MB
1-2 sets
squat and toss
hold squat and toss
Hip toss
Toss and burpee
Seated toss
Sit up and toss

Training
In teams of two
“CMC FOMO”
12 Rounds for time
Alternate rounds. Only 1 partner can work at time. Must go unbroken between between Barbell sets.
10 Hang Power Cleans (95/70)
10 STO
10 Burpees

Run 400 meters as a team every 4 rounds
