Suffer on Saturday
In teams of 2, 30-minute time cap:

75 back squats (135/95)
50 pull-ups
25 shoulder to overhead (135/95)
75 front squats (95/65)
50 pull-ups
25 shoulder to overhead (95/65)
75 overhead squats (65/45)
50 pull-ups
25 shoulder to overhead (65/45)

Divide reps however you want.
One bar per team, strip weight as you go.
