In teams of two, 28 minute AMRAP:
400m run (together)
30 overhead lunges, in unison (45/25)
60 pull-ups
30 handstand push-ups
100 double unders
50 squats, in unison
100 KB swings (53/35)
400m run (together)
Unless specified as in unison, all reps are split between partners, one person working at a time.
