*Your choice – solo or in a team of two. Partner version will split reps evenly and run together.

This workout is dedicated to Navy SEAL Saman Gunan who died while rescuing the twelve Thai school boys and their soccer coach from the Tham Luang cave in Thailand. The 38-year old delivered oxygen to the trapped boys and their coach, but ran out of oxygen for himself on his trip out of the cave. Today we workout in his honor.
