10 handstand push ups
20 front squats (115/75)
30 pull ups
15 hspu
30 OHS (115/75)
45 pull ups
20 hspu
40 back squats (115/75)
60 pull ups
25 hspu
50 front squats
75 pull ups
30…

Split reps however you choose.
