In teams of 2, for time

Buy-in: 800m run as a team

Then, 3 rounds each (6 total):
Partner 1 – Row 250m
Partner 2 – KB front rack hold w/ 2 KBs (53/35)

Then, 3 rounds each:
Partner 1 – 15 burpee pull ups
Partner 2 – 75 double unders

Then, 2 rounds each (4 total):
Partner 1 – 400m run
Partner 2 – 30 thrusters (95/65)
