40 handstand push ups
*Partner holds top of deadlift (155/105)

60 wall balls
*Partner holds barbell in front rack (155/105)

800m run, together

1000m row
*Both partner do 10 burpees every 250 meters

80 synchronized air squats

60 deadlifts (155/105)
*Partner holds handstand

40 hang power cleans (155/105)
*Partner hangs from pull up bar
