Partners will alternate rounds, then split the devil press however they choose.

Today’s workout is dedicated to the memory of Kobe Bryant. Kobe wore number 24 for the Lakers and number 8 for his high school team. He won 5 NBA championship titles. 9 people were also killed in the helicopter crash that took his life.
