Who’s got the best snatch face?  Columbus Circle member Mike B. or UES member Heath T.??  Either way, they killed it at Battle of the Fittest 3!

Conditioning:
With a partner, in 30 minutes:

4 clean & jerks (135/95)
20 Toes to Bar
20 cal row (or 200m run)

8 clean & jerks
25 back squat (135/95)
25 cal row (or 400m run)

12 clean & jerks
30 ttb
30 cal row (or 600m run)

16 clean & jerks
35 back squat
35 cal row (800m run)

20 clean & jerks
40 ttb
40 cal row or (1k run)

24 clean & jerks
45 back squat
45 cal row or (1200m run)

*all reps/calories will be split between partners, besides the run, which will be done together.
