Partner B does AMRAP burpee box jump overs (24/20)
Switch & repeat.

Partner A rows 500m
Partner B does AMRAP power snatches (75/55)
Switch & repeat.

Partner A rows 500m
Partner B does AMRAP handstand push ups
Switch & repeat.

Partner A rows 500m
Partner B does AMRAP KBS (70/53)

If you finish everything before the 30 minutes are up, go back to the beginning.
