5 OH barbell duck walks forward/backward
5 hang power snatches
5 OHS
5 drop snatch
5 snatches

Conditioning

In teams of 2, divide work evenly. With a 30-minute running clock …

3 rounds for time:
20 overhead squats (95/65)
100 double unders

At the 10-minute mark…

3 rounds for time:
20 hang power snatches (95/65)
40 push ups

At the 20-minute mark…

3 rounds for time:
20 deadlifts (155/105)
30 wall balls (20/14)

Each team must change the weight on their barbell after the second couplet.
