Partner-style

1 wall walk
2 clusters (115/75)
3 handstand push ups
4 squat snatches (115/75)
5 toes to bar
6 sumo deadlift high pulls (115/75)
7 push presses (115/75)
8 front rack lunges (115/75)
9 burpees
10 box jump overs (24/20)
11 pull ups
12 calorie row

Format is as follows: Athlete 1 does 1 wall walk, athlete 2 does 1 wall walk. Athlete 1 does 2 clusters, Athlete 2 does 2 clusters. Then go back to wall walks. Continue adding one movement at the beginning of each round for 12 total rounds.
