In teams of 2, for time:
 
600m run, together
30 snatches (135/95)
400m run, together
40 thrusters (95/65)
200m run, together
50 deadlifts (205/135)
100 wall balls (20/14)
200 double unders
 
All reps are cumulative, but here’s the catch: each time partners switch out, BOTH must perform 5 synchronized bar-facing burpees.
