In teams of 2:

8 minute AMRAP, alternating movements:
10 power snatches (95/65)
15 KBS (70/53)
20 air squats

Rest 2 minutes

5 minute AMRAP, alternating rounds:
5 burpee box jump overs (24/20)
10 wall balls (20/14)

Rest 2 minutes

8 minute AMRAP:
800m run, together
40 toes to bar (split reps)
Max reps shoulder to overhead (95/65)

Rest 2 minutes

6 minutes to complete:
200 double unders
30 clean & jerks (135/95)
