Warm Up

3 rounds:
1 minute jump rope
5 inchworms + push up
5 v-ups + :20 hollow hold
5 reps of 2 lunges + 1 squat

Equipment Workout

20 minute AMRAP
8 DB hang power cleans*
8 DB lunge press*
16 single-arm DB/KB swings

*12 reps if using a single dumbbell 

DB lunge press = 2 lunges + 1 shoulder press

No Equipment Workout

20 minute AMRAP
12 jump squats
12 burpee lunges*
16 kneeling get ups

*Burpee lunge = 2 lunges + 1 burpee
