Then, 2 rounds of
Partner 1: 10 overhead squats (95/65)
Partner 2: 10 toes to bar
500m row (250 each)
Partner 2: 10 overhead squats
Partner 1: 10 toes to bar

Then, 2 rounds of
Partner 1: 10 burpee box jumps (24/30)
Partner 2: 10 handstand push ups
200m run, together
Partner 2: 10 burpee box jumps
Partner 1: 10 handstand push ups
