10 deadlifts (185/125)
5 burpee pull ups
then:
AMRAP front squats (185/125) in remaining time
Rest 2 minutes
In 10 minutes
4 rounds, alternating
12 wall balls (20/14)
9 push ups
6 power cleans (155/105)
then
AMRAP box jump overs in remaining time
Rest 2 minutes
In 10 minutes:
4 rounds, alternating
21 double unders
15 sumo deadlift high pulls (95/65)
9 hang power snatches (95/65)
then
AMRAP burpees in remaining time
On each AMRAP, one person works at a time. Split reps however you choose.
