Unless otherwise noted, one person works at a time.

In 10 minutes:
1500m row
Max reps of thrusters (115/75)

2 minutes rest

In 8 minutes:
800m run (together)
Max reps of handstand push ups

2 minutes rest

In 6 minutes:
500m row
Max reps of hang power cleans (115/75)

Sub for handstand push ups is push press, 115/75
