In teams of two, for time:
500m run
Accumulate 6,000/4,000 lbs of snatches
500m run
Accumulate 8,000/5,500 lbs of shoulder to overhead
500m run
Accumulate 10,000/7,000 lbs of front squats
500m run

You choose the weight for all three movements.
Example: 6,000/4,000 lbs = 53 snatches at 115/75
