60 DB step overs (50/35 – 1 DB)
40 squat clean thrusters (95/65)
60 toes to bar
40 DB step overs
20 squat cleans thrusters (135/95)
40 toes to bar
20 DB step overs
10 squat clean thrusters (155/105)

Teams will split reps however they choose.
